Trusting Konnections — Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

“I cannot recommend Pam enough. I’ve had major trauma and had tried several therapists in the span of 6 years. She helps with childhood trauma, relational trauma, addiction, grief, depression, anxiety, and so much more. In a short time, I was able to get to the root to heal, feel at ease, confident, myself, and going after what I love. She is incredible.”
Welcome to Trusting Konnections
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) supports adults seeking healing from trauma, emotional dysregulation, substance use, and life instability.
We combine psychotherapy, mindfulness, yoga, and nervous-system based healing to create a powerful, integrative approach to recovery.
Why Our IOP Works
Healing requires more than stopping a behavior — it requires understanding why it began, how trauma shaped patterns, and how to build a life that supports long-term stability.
✔ Trauma-Informed Therapy
Understanding how past experiences influence emotions, behaviors, and relationships.
✔ Nervous System Regulation
Polyvagal-based grounding, breathwork, mindfulness & somatic practices.
✔ Yoga & Meditation
Gentle movement, stillness, and inner connection.
✔ Healthy Attachment & Boundaries
Re-learning safe relationships, communication skills, and self-protection.
✔ Lifestyle Balance
Sleep hygiene, nutrition, routines, and healthy daily rhythms.
